Welcome to XKart. By using our services and purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Terms

1.1 Acceptance of Terms: By accessing and using XKart’s website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

1.2 Modifications: XKart reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the terms on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

2. Shipping Policy

2.1 Shipping Time: Our standard shipping time is 5-7 business days.

2.2 Shipping Costs: Shipping within India is free of cost.

2.3 Courier Services: We use reliable courier companies such as Blue Dart and Delhivery to ship our products. All shipments are fully insured to ensure your purchase reaches you safely.

2.4 Cash On Delivery Orders: For Cash On Delivery (COD) orders, the courier company will typically call you before delivery. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, you can either call the courier company to arrange for a re-delivery or pick up the package from their location.

2.5 Delivery Delays: While we strive to deliver your order within the specified time frame, we are not responsible for any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances or time lags from the courier companies. Additionally, if the customer is not available at the time of delivery, it may cause further delays.

3. Return and Replacement Policy

3.1 Return Policy: We offer a 2-day return policy exclusively for items that are damaged, defective, or not working. If you receive a damaged or defective item, or if the product is not functioning as intended, please contact us immediately at support@xkart.in to initiate the return process.

3.2 Replacement or Exchange: In the case of a replacement or exchange, shipping costs up to Rs.100 will be chargeable. If your replacement request is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3.4 Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This will allow us to evaluate the issue and make it right promptly.

3.5 Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items: Certain types of items cannot be returned. These include perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

3.6 Non-Returnable Items Include:

  • Gift cards

3.7 Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

3.8 Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

3.9 Refund Delays: If more than 2 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@xkart.in.

4. Warranty

4.1 Warranty Period: Our products come with a 6-month warranty, providing peace of mind and assurance of quality and durability.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1 No Responsibility for Delays: XKart shall not be responsible for any delay caused by any unforeseen time lags by the courier companies in delivering the parcels to the customer, or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.

6. Governing Law

6.1 Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
